Dark brown body and decent dark beige foam. Smells of very nice sweet apple, cinnamon, dark chocolate. Taste is nice sweet and and cinnamon with a coffee cake backbone. There's lingering cinnamon and dark chocolate but just a little too wet. Still really nice, a real treat.

Good black body, nitro foam is a little too thin though. Aroma is very soft and vague sweet biscuit molasses. Taste is soft cookie cream, sort of cookies and cream but then again sort of not. Ends very smooth anyway, mostly creamy. Nothing spectacular but sort of hitting the right notes.

Good clear gold body and some decent enough foam. Aroma is vague banana, really soft hops. Taste is good sharp hoppy banana, sweet with just a bit of pine. Full and dry finish. Really nice, flavourful and well balanced.

Weak brown body and minimal foam. Aroma is okay sweet biscuit, nothing else. Taste is nice biscuit, vague coffee. Ends too wet, lingering biscuit with very vague spice behind it that slowly builds but is still a letdown. It's boring - needs to be amped up. Give me the burn!

Cloudy yellow body and some okay foam. Aroma is very nice fruity pineapple, sharp and sweet. Taste is a nice meld of pineapple and pine, ends smooth with a dry grain finish. Easy, tasty, well executed.

Poured from the tap. Hazy amber with small beige head. Earl grey, mild lavender, slightly herbal.

Lavender and some citrus. Pours hazy orange with decent head. Light sweet finish. Interesting but not something I'd probably drink again. Tap at St. Augustine's.

A deep dark brown stout with a thin lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light licorice, light maple, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, sweet fruity chocolate malt with light licorice, chinotto, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous hops, light caramel and dank notes. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light citrus, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A red copper ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with dark fruits, licorice, Curaçao, very nice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light caramel notes, light grassy hops, treacle, light dark fruits, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
