On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear pale golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has some perfumey notes, light quince, and gentle barrels. Flavour is full of dry wood, perfumey spirit, a touch of oak, and some quince. Dry, perfumey and spirit-forward. Odd. This doesn’t work for me.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2024. Pours murky dark gold with white head. Aroma has a ton of fresh peaches up front, excellent. Flavour has juicy, sour peaches, some grassy notes. Excellent fresh peach character.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma has lots of juicy peaches, some fungal notes, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is quite juicy, with juicy peaches, some fungal notes, pithiness, and a touch of bugs. Something seems to have gone wonky with the fermentation here. It's nicer juicy but not cohesive or complex.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, explodes upon opening, pours a deep dark muddled red with a medium white head. Aroma is dominated by intense tart blackberries and light wild yeast. Flavour is juicy and pithy, with intense juicy blackberries, lots of pithy blackberries, and some wild yeast. Pithy and juicy finish. Excellent.

Bottle pour at FHF 2024, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a very nice brett funk character, thankfully no obvious kveik fucking this up, some herbaceous grassiness, and a little oak. Flavour is rather herbaceous, with a strange fungal note, herbaceous notes, and some light brett. Not the most cohesive yeast character but it's drinkable.
