On tap at beer junction west Seattle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is light roast some brine and a little malt. Taste is more of the nice oyster brine notes and a salty roast.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh pineapple juice upfront along with bright saison yeast. Flavour is along the same lines, with cereal grains, light pineapple and saison yeast. Dry and bright, but nothing special.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy copper bronze with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funky brett and lots of earthy notes. Flavour is very earthy, with lots of pine needles, subdued by saison yeast. Lots of pine needles here. It's okay.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy light amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk and a strange earthiness. Flavour is very soil-like, with five spice, vegetables and brett. This is just isn't working - spicy and vegetal. Weird.
