Grassy and a bit of farmhouse. Clearing gold with a decent white head. Very carbonated which takes away from Tate which is sweet and a bit herbal.

500mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy wild yeast, with earthy notes, and pine needles. Flavour is along the same lines, with saison yeast, spicy earthy notes, and some gentle funk. Spicy, earthy and fragrant. This is well done.

Golden, bright. Has a piney, rosemaryish aroma, light brett, and some cleanish pale malts. A bit overcarbonated, light pale malts. It's kind of tart, though, wild but not necessarily in a good way. Dry, in that it has fermented out a lot, has very little residual sugar.

Draft pour, 13 oz, enjoyed in a tulip at Hop and Hound. A beautiful color, glowing rose orange. Almost no head, but it's not missed. Aroma is filled with dark fruit, farmhouse yeast, a touch of funk, soft and inviting grains. Flavor matches pretty closely. A slightly dry, farmhouse yeast finishes a bold dark fruit with a touch of spice to it. Not a brew that drinks super fast, but it's fun to savor. Its unique and tasty. Enjoyed this one.

Dirty cloudy blond colour. Smell of plastic, herbs, lemon and detergent. Moderate acidity, dry, sea water, but also a bit of dough and detergent.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with metallic notes, followed by coriander, light salt and a touch of citrus. Flavour is very metallic and phenols, with burnt plastic, coriander, citrus, and salt. Tons of phenols, followed by brine, salt and corianer. A true trainwreck.

Pale orange-pink colour, murky. Herbal aroma, basil, nettle. Dirty chewy mouthfeel, some strawberry juice with bit of herbs. Weird and makes you wonder why.

Cloudy, pale pink. Thin head with some bubbles. Massively phenolic, lots of cleaner, maybe a bit of strawberry but damn, yeah, the phenols are completely dominant. This seems like the sort of thing that happens if there's residual cleaner in the bottle. On the palate, those phenols are again completely dominant. The touch of strawberry, but major flaw there.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy peach colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of pithy strawberries, some wild yeast, and some oak. Flavour is very pithy, with tart raspberries, some light phenols, and light oak. Phenolic and pithy. It's okay.
