FHF 2024. Appearance: murky reddish copper with a tan head. Aroma: beets (wtf?), very sharp. Taste: along the same lines, sharp, bubbly, very tart. Overall: weird.

On tap at DownTime Taps, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some vegetal notes, earthy hops, and bready malt. Flavour is herbal and vegetal in the hop department, with bready malt underneath. Not convinced this keg is in great shape. The vegetal character is not great.

Brown and bright. Sweet up front, but towards the finish gets strong and sticky. It's not bad but it's definitely not my thing.

Pale, just a bit of haze. This comes across piney, with some phenols. Interesting fermentation character. Wouldn't specify kiwi, but that could just be me.

Darkish hazy. Light fruity notes on the aroma. It's a bit towards the dull/yeasty side of things. I suppose I wanted to get clubbed over the head with nettle, and that's not what I'm getting.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy dark copper golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lot of piney nettles, earthy notes, and wild yeast. Flavour is full of pine needles, earthy wild yeast, and light oak. Lots of pine needles o the finish with wild yeast. Good stuff.
