This has a nice pinkish colour and a decent haze. On the nose, this has a powerful vinous notes, and has a solid tartness, good malt base. Nice beer, good balance.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, light grape must, and a hint of phenols. Flavour is fairly tart, with grape must, saison yeast, and tart wild notes. Tart, grape-like and yeasty. Not bad, but not that great.

Cloudy pale amber. Not much head. Light fruit note, kinda sticky, not great balance. I would have expected the apple to come through more, but alas, not as much as I'd have though. But it was brewed with the juice, something the AHA calls a "graf", and I had to look that up so apparently I have never had one before.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, funk, wood. Thin body, rhubarb, funk, oak, nice tartness, very good.
