16 oz can poured. Somewhat cloudy golden appearance with plenty of active foam head. Fun and unique brew here, and quite the hybrid of styles. Plenty of grassy and hoppy notes throughout, and is balanced nicely with some spice and funky yeast. Soft hints of ripe fruit lingers on the palate. Smooth taste up front, with a more sharp finish. Overall a really nice, unique, easy drinking brew here that I could definitely enjoy over a session. Really enjoyed this.

Draft pour to a tulip, enjoyed at Hop and Hound. A golden orange pour, with almost no head. A really fun beer here, and certainly like no other beer I've tried in at least recent memory. Herbalicious saison is a good way to put it. Plenty going on here. Bold malt character, with a smokey side to it. Earthy grain, with some grassy feature, long cool finish. Some late smoked malt like taste for me. This is the ultimate pairing beer. I can think of so many things this would go great with. Really fun, unique brew to try here.

500 mL can picked up at Hop and Hound, and enjoyed straight from the can. For some reason, the serving size just suggested this to me. A fun pale here. A really distinct malt flavor really stands out. Just the slightest hint of a farmhouse like finish. Smooth and refreshing pale, mineral grains, soft berry like hints, earthy malt finish. A truly unique pale, amd very enjoyable.

On tap at Brigid’s. Pours a near clear reddish amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has red fruits and light grass with sweet grains supporting. Flavor has slightly tart red fruits with grass, light grains and hay backing.

Tasting at Erik's, bottle
Brownish amber colour. Smells like cork. Fruity, a bit vinous, moderately sour, balsamic.
It seems pretty random, but it's not bad.

500mL bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart dark fruits, toasted nuts, sherry-like oxidation, and bready notes. Flavour is full of oak, with wild yeast, dark fruits, red wine barrels, and toasted chestnuts. Oaky and wild, with a gently tart, fruity finish. Very pleasant.

Sort of a reddish-brown aroma, big oaky aroma, with some lactic notes. Lots of bugs in this. Big oak character. Nice fruitiness. Decent.

Dullish, a touch murky, smells really oxidized. A miss for me, although I worry they brought it out as an old beer (then again, I saw it on the shelf at a good store not so long afterwards).
