On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2018, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spiciness, with some five spices, and light brett. Flavour is very spicy and earthy, with lots of pine needles. This is just not working for me. Too spicy and vegetal. Strange.

Tasting at Oakes' Manor
Cloudy dark amber colour. Earthy aroma. Sweet mouthfeel, caramel flavour, spices, anise, fennel, bubblegum, some alcohol kick.
Didn't like this.

I would say overcarbonated. Dark amber with a slight haze. The aroma just has a little bit of ginger, but not a whole lot of anything else...just some stronger malts. Strong gingerbread character...so lots of ginger, some sweeter malts that have a nice molasses note. This might

Bottle at Matt's
Murky pink-red color. Nice aroma, fruity, berry, bright. Highly carbonated, moderately sour, some fruit, but not much complexity.

Tasting at Fiery's Tasting Room
Cloudy blond colour, generous head. Smell of sage and thyme. Highly carbonated, the fizzy beer is lightly lemony, lightly sweet, with strong character of sage and rosemary. I like my herbs, but not in beer. Not too bad anyway.

Bottle. Hazy tan. The head on this dies quickly. There's quite a bit of sage on the aroma and a kiss of sweet malt, maybe just a touch of rosemary. Quite fizzy, with lots of sage and a little bit of rosemary.

Tall stubby bottle poured and split at Hop and Hound. Thanks crew! A dark, copper brown pour, not quite black pour. Toasty malt aroma. Flavornisba slightly malt, buried by a sea salt. Everything else is hidden. Some chocolate notes. A truly unique and interesting stout. Not bad.
