Clean golden colour with a white cap that disappears rather quickly, leaving only a thin ring around the brew. Cereal malt aromas with a little sweetness, decent herbal-hoppiness and a touch alcohol-bitterness. The sweetness of the malt shows up a little more in the taste with some mineral notes, and milder hops. A refreshing, easy-drinking Helles that goes down nicely for summer.

Can that pours a clean, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and foamy lacing left. Fresh, grassy, herbal aromas over a straw, cereal malt base. Hints of citrus-zest do come out with time. Again, lots of grassiness, herbal hoppiness in the taste adding bitterness, dryness to this Pale Ale. Cereal malt in the background with a touch of pear, apple. Gets a touch hazy at the last pour. A pretty good, bitter-dry Pale Ale with local ingredients.

A deep dark stout with a thin lacing big bubbled mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, nutty notes, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, light nutty notes, very nice. On tap at brewery.

A hazed pinkish gose with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light raspberry jam, light acidity, light peach, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of raspberry jam, light acidity, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at brewery.

Celebrating my 100th review of Flora Hall. 500ml brown bottle with blue wax on cap - 2023 edition. Pours a dark brown colour with copper-ruby highlights. The head is frothy, mocha-coloured with some good stay and leaving a coating on the brew, decent lacing. Prunes in the aromas over the roasted malt base with hints of vanilla, wood, coffee. Smooth, lightly oily mouthfeel with a tad tart left on the tongue, and not too dry - yet, not syrupy. Mild dark fruits flavours, well-blended with the roasted malt which are smoothed out with the foeder. Even less vanilla in the taste, which is fine, as sometimes too overpowering in some beer. They made another version with vanilla and coconut for those who prefer that. This one is just a really smooth Imperial Stout that just goes down nicely.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with an amber hue and beautiful tiny bubble carbonation. Warm, off-white, creamy head that stays a very long time, leaving some thick creamy lacing. The Brett is very well-blended with the vanilla-oak, woody notes, a tad medicinal and light fruity malts. The taste has a some mint touch to balance the woodiness, light funkiness and fruitiness (apples, mild citrus). Hints of spices and decent dryness in the finish. Some particles come out as it gets hazier. A very good Dubbel that has a beautiful mix of Foeder-oak-vanilla and Brett earthiness with a fruity notes.

Lightly hazy, golden colour with amber highlights. The white frothy head has average stay and a few lacing spots. Citrus aromas with hints of coconut, pineapple and lime sourness. The flavours are on the mild side, but still has lots of citrus zest. Gets hazier as it pours with particles going to the bottom of the glass. Juicy mouthfeel with some drying dryness, but stays refreshing. Not as Pina Colada as I expected, but more of a nice DDH IPA with a touch of coconut and pineapple.
