Bottle: Poured a clear copper color ale with a nice medium size off-white head with OK retention. Aroma of lobster broth with light caramel malt notes is more intense then I would have expected. Taste is quite dominated by lobster notes with some light dry caramel malt notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. The lobster notes are just way too intense to drink the full bottle. I am sure there is a good food pairings with this one but not sure I would revisit.

Bottle: Poured a deep amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt and toffee with some barrel-aged notes are quite nice. Taste is also a good mix of caramelized malt with some toffee notes with some woody notes and liquorish notes that rounds off any rough edges from this beer. Body is about average with good carbonation with light warming alcohol notes. Very enjoyable example of this little brewed style with good use of the barrels.

Bottle: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a giant pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light vinous notes with light oak and some light residual sugar and apple notes. Taste is quite complex with dry Brett notes with some vinous notes and light woody notes are well balanced against the sweet Triple base beer with some light funky notes. Body is about average with super great retention and no apparent alcohol. Very enjoyable beer with loads of complexity and quite different from the base beer.
