Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a giant pure white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light lemon notes with light rustic malt notes is tamer than I was expecting. Taste a good mix of rustic malt with strong peppery yeast notes with subtle lemon notes. Body is light with great carbonation. Quite enjoyable even though it is missing a little bit of balance between the different flavours.

Bottle: Poured a clear dark reddish color ale with a light bubbly head with minimal retention. Aroma of strong vinous notes with some oak and cherry flavours also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by strong oak notes with some tart cherry flavours with some clearly identifiable vinous notes. Body is a bit thin with low carbonation. I though this was quite enjoyable even though it is actually closer to a Flanders red ale/Oud Bruin then a saison.

Bottle: Poured a hazy pale yellow color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of peppery yeast with light citrus notes and rustic malt is pretty awesome. Taste is a great mix between some light citrus notes, some peppery yeast notes with some solid rustic malt notes. I can’t say that the chardonnay barrel imparted a lot of flavors. Body was about average with great carbonation. Solid saison form an interesting new brewery.

Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with large off-white foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with light residuals sugar notes with some citrusy hops is pretty enticing. Taste is a mix of cereal notes, some residual sugar with some light floral citrusy notes and light fruity ester. Hops notes are not as dominant as I was expecting. Body is full with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Missing a little something but still a very enjoyable beer.

Bottle: Poured a deep black color porter with a nice large light brown foamy head. Aroma of roasted malt with light mineral notes is quiet pleasant. Taste is also a mix of light roasted coffee notes with light dry bitter malt notes. Body is thin but understandably so considering the style with good carbonation. Nice easy drinking summer beer.

Bottle: Poured a clear brown color ale with a nice light brown foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with light earthy hops notes. Taste is also dominated by caramelized hops with light roasted nuts, earthy hops and light residual sugar traces. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing really special overall and malt bill could be less grainy.
