Bottle: poured a pale red color ale with a large foamy head with OK retention and no lacing. Aroma of hibiscus notes with peppery yeast notes is interesting. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with hibiscus with some light peppery yeast notes. Body is about average with great carbonation. Quite enjoyable beer with great drinkability and good level of complexity.

Ouf, celle-ci était plus qu’ordinaire malheureusement! C’est très difficile de passer par-dessus le goût de grains brûlés et de cendre ;-( J’ai gardé la bouteille pour la bd!!

Bottle: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a large foamy head with excellent retention and some lacing. Aroma of light citrusy hops notes with light cereal notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops notes with light bitter notes and light cereal notes with light spicy yeast notes also perceptible. Body is light with great carbonation, maybe even too much carbonation. Not bad but not great either. I thought the APA form this series was a lot more enjoyable.

Taste is also a mix of very subtle clementine notes with some acidic notes and some tart notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Not bad but maybe a tad too acidic for my taste.

Bottle: Poured a light yellow color ale with a super large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light rustic malt notes with some floral dry hoppy notes. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with some light peppery notes, some dry floral notes and light spices. Body is light with great carbonation. Nice refreshing saison with some complexity but I will admit that I can’t detect half of the (long) list of ingredients used in this beer.
