Dark brown. Thin head. On the nose, it's got a touch of toasty, graham cracker, that sort thing. It's got some sweet stuff up front, a fair bit of bitterness. The bourbon is not bad - comes across a bit rough, but both components (base + barrel) are good. So ends up solid.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a hazy dark orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some Worcestershire sauce, a little balsamic, and a little oak. Flavour is oaky, with gentle balsamic, medium tartness, and oak barrels. Pleasantly tart and fairly complex. Nice stuff.

On tap at Iron Road, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite floral in the hop department upfront, almost soapy, with saison yeast further back — smells like a strange mix. Flavour is quite citrusy, with lots of floral and citrus hops, an awkward Belgian saison yeast profile, and sole biscuity malt. Not feeling the galaxy too well here, despite it being one of my favourite hops. Not bad.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with tons of rhubarb, then strawberry and some saison yeast. Flavour brings out the best of both the fruit and saison character, with lots of rustic saison yeast and lots of juicy rhubarb and strawberry. Just a touch of tartness here. Really good use of fruit in this.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a clear dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out moderate earthy hops, toasted malt and an earthy overtone. Flavour is nicely balanced between hops and malt, with a nice earthy and piney hop character, and medium roast. Almost like a black IPA, but less assertive. Well-done.

On tap at Iron Road, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out the Belgian yeast upfront, with some esters and dry caramel. Flavour brings out a nice Belgian yeast character, with plenty of esters, and some brown sugar. A little too sweet and lacking a totally authentic dubbel character, but it's pretty good.

Dark brown, smells sourish, some coffee notes. On the palate just a tiny touch of that tartness, but enough to make it a bit thin. So all told not amazing.
