Poured from 750mL bottle (2021 vintage; thanks dad). Clear blonde gold with dissipating white head. Lacto cheese, some cheerio, very feint fruity tartness, almost none existent background whiskey character. There are off flavours, but nothing egregiously disgusting. Honestly, was expecting worse. Not good, but not a drain pour. Does get worse as it warms.

Poured from the tap @ Iron Road. Belgian yeast, mild esters, almost a feint hint of smoke on the nose from whatever yeast they used, not much in the way of hops. Average.

Poured from the tap @ Iron Road. Lightly hazed blonde gold with small white head. Has a blend of Kviek and Belgian saison yeast - both come through, but gives a weird mesh, some funk, some very drying bitterness in the finish, not picking up the barrels, very feint band aid on the nose. Everything just seems muddled.
