Bright, amber-red colour with a fairly thick head. Mild caramel nose with some light toastiness and leafy hop accents. On the palate, it's decently balanced. Nice toasty caramel character, moderate bitterness, again that sort of leafy, tobaccoey hop character. It's like a good version of a 90s red ale.

Bright, pale amber with a thick head. Light pine, citrus, medium bitterness, clean pale malt. Nothing brut here, just good wcipa.

On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a nice spicy herbaceous character, bready notes, and fresh straw—great aromatics. Flavour is dry and malty, with dry bready malt, lots of straw, some bitter herbaceous notes, and finishes dry and herbaceous. Really nicely done festbier.

This was the guest beer at the Phillips brewery taproom on 14th August 2025. Draft pint was taken. Hazed golden pour, snow white head that stayed around for a while. Liked the citrus fruit flavour mix, subtle but there, pink grapefruit and a hint of peaches. Best beer I had in the Phillips Taproom!

Haze, medium head, dull blond colour. Bright and spicy hop nose, also yeasty. Similar palate, yeasty, lowish bitterness, hop expression is a bit more restrained.

On tap @ Parksville Beer Fest. Pours a pale amber with little head. Aromas of candied citrus, subtle tropical fruit, and toasted malts. Flavors follow same but with a lot more tropical fruit. More an IPA than a lager…

On tap at Magnet. Pours clear golden with small foamy head. Aroma is dank and resinous. Flavour has a lot of white wine character with notes of pine and resin. Surprisingly gentle mouthfeel. Fantastic.
