473mL can. Pours clear light gold with a short-lived white head. Plenty of dry allium on the nose, maybe some hints of citrus peels. Flavour is of dry, oniony allium, dry grass, a hint of pine and orange zest. Decently bitter. Carbonation is pretty low. Not great; the hop expression is pretty muddled with too much of it coming from the Citra and the carbonation should be a bit sharper. Otherwise, it's pretty clean.

473mL can, pours a clear dark orange with a small white head. Aroma has bright herbaceous notes, bready malt, and some grassiness. Flavour has herbaceous notes, bready malts, and toasted dry caramel. Finishes fairly dry, herbaceous dry, and bready. Simple, a bit too herbaceous, but fine.

473 ml can. Pours a darkish brown with moderate head. Aromas of nuts, grass, and toasted malts. Flavors of same. Not coming close to target IMHO, but a dry, drinkable brown ale.

473mL can. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Lots of melon, tropical fruit, and pine on the nose. Flavour has more of the same hop expression as the nose, nice level of bitterness, and a sweet biscuit malt base. Very nice.

355mL can [at 8.5%]. Pours clear brown with a minimal beige head. Lots of bready malts, brown sugar and toffee on the nose. Flavour has burnt toast, dry dark sugars, dried dark cherries and currants, and a toffee malt base. Sweet up front, but drier on the finish. Low to moderate carbonation. Not taking full advantage of the Belgian yeast, but still an enjoyable malt-forward strong beer.

On tap at Devil's Elbow [as Amber Ale]. Pours clear amber with a white head. Damp grass and stale malts. Flavour has stale brown bread and damp grass. If mediocrity was a distinct character, this would have it.
