Draft - Soft wheat and a touch of banana. Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Wheat and citrus with a nice bitterness. Bitterness balances the sweetness nicely.

On tap at Farmhouse Festival Vancouver, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast and light spiciness. Flavour reveals notes of Belgian yeast, lightly spicy, and a slightly citrus. Nicely constructed and cohesive. Ordinary but well-done.

On tap at VCBW Festival 2016, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings lightly funky farmhouse notes and a little citrus. Flavour is big on the rustic Belgian yeast, a touch of funk, and dry biscuity malt. Balanced well and nicely constructed overall. One of the better local saisons.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy Amber with moderate head. Aromas of pineapple and candied fruit. Flavors of same with sharp wheat, resin and an unfortunate bit of industrial cleaner. Get rid of the later and this would be a great summer beer. Must be a different batch tgan previous raters.

Draught at St. Augustineβs, Vancouver
Dark color, almost black, with beige head. The aroma is maybe a bit yeasty, but it has a good roasted malt character, good coffee, and probably a good resiny hopping too.
Aggressive, interesting. And I would be interested to try an imperialized version of this.
