Dark and clear brown copper body with very little foam. Soft detergent and malt aroma. Flavour is good malt and biscuit with some smoothness. Some mellow crispness to round it out. Not much to look at but a decent tasting vienna.

Smells of soft smoke and vague fruit. Okay light clear orange body and just a bit of foam. Flavour is big sugary smoky hops, heavy sweetness. Overbearing like a hammer, I suppose all of the elements are there but they ain't working in harmony.

Good yellow body and mostly clear, some minimal white foam. Soft lager sweetness. Flavour is good lager, bready, crisp carbonation. Nicely drinkable, hard to pick out of a crowd.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a deep dark red, bordering maroon, with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out balsamic and tart red fruits. Flavour is quite perfumey with dark red fruits, a touch of balsamic, and acidity. Not a beer of complexity or good integration - quite perfumey and acetic. Okay.

Draught @ Parkside. Ugly light brown, not much head. Tart, lots of passionfruit, finishes with a sour blast, and the plum does show a little bit in the finish.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals dull earthy hop character, with a toasted biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is similar, with an earthy hop character, toasted biscuity backbone, and maybe a touch of pine. The hops are pretty lacklustre, and they're not much to speak of here.

Draft - Touch of liquorice and dark malts. Jetbrown with a small white head. Dark roast, fruity dark berry and a roasty finish. More like a dark lager.
