Sampled at Hopscotch 2023, pours a clear pinkish red, no head. Aroma brings out tart, jammy blueberry, apple core, and acetic notes. Flavour acetic as well, with tart blueberry, apple core, and light lemon. Moderately sweet, too acidic and acetic. Nonsense flavoured faux-cider.

Sampled at Hopscotch 2023, pours a somewhat hazy blonde, no head. Aroma has lots of clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and moderate apple skins. Flavour is quite acetic, with vinegar, nutmeg, cinnamon and clove. Too acetic, little apple depth, and dominated by a pleasant spice mix. Not good at all.

Dull pale. Fermentation is a mess, like this stinks of pedio, diacetyl, maybe some pear. Oooff. Ok this is a fucking disaster.

Pale, slight haze. Dry, juicy, has a good apple character. Lots of tannins.

Slight haze, touch of yellow, very dry, earthy, tannic, mellow apple but some bruised apple clunky ferm.

Dry, a bit funky. Some juice, yellowish. Basic and not as clean on the ferm as I'�d like.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy blonde with minimal white head. Sweet Passionfruit upfront with a bit of guava and subtle orange. Good way to finish the night of ratings. Enjoyable.
