Update - Light and fruity. Dry with some apple peel and decent acidity. - Light sulphur and peel. Almost clear. Light Apple fleshy notes and some sulphur with a dry finish. Not quite there for me.

Bottle sampled at Fraser Valley Cider, pours a clear rose with a small white head. Aroma brings out subtle raspberries and tart crisp apples. Flavour is crisp and fresh, with raspberries upfront, followed by medium-high dryness and a nice crisp finish. Nice subtle carbonation that brings out the raspberries. Solid.

Bottle sampled at Fraser Valley Cider, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apples and pretty dry apples. Flavour is very crisp, with apple skins, light acidity and a nice puckering finish. Simple but solid.

750mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of mustiness, with wet cardboard, and crisp green apple skins. Flavour is very musty, with lots of elderflower, earthy notes, medium sweetness and light acidity. Finishes floral and musty. Not a fan of this.

750mL bottle at Orchard & the Sea, pours a cloudy blonde with a few white bubbles as a head. Aroma brings out considerable farmhouse-y notes, with wet wood, but without much notice of the honey - the sugars seem fermented out. Flavour is different and much sweeter, with medium sweetness, though I wouldn't especially notice it was honey, with a touch of wild character. Finishes with medium residual sweetness that is well-balanced. Really nice.
