Bottle from the brewery. Hazy, light amber. Thin head. On the nose, with a floral, coriander...on the palate, clean pale malts, mellow Belgian yeast. Good balance. It is a bit sweet and fruity.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rustic saison yeast, biscuity and grainy notes. Flavour is nice and rustic, with lots of saison yeast, straw, and biscuity malt. Rustic and dry, with a nice mouthfeel.

Amber colour, fairly bright. This IPA has a slight chewy note, but also a decent citrus hop character. Well-made, nice balance. Decent IPA.

Hazy, light tan. Nice mellow fruity gooseberry hops. Really balanced and tasty. Worth noting this was named for its release date, not the hops in it.

Medium brown with a thin head. Has a light sweetness, a touch of smoke, low bitterness, and a more complex malt chewiness.

Dark red-brown. No head. Very sweet, has some bubblegum phenols. This batch didn't seem to work out.

Hazy and quite pale. Light pale malt note, but it's also a bit appley. Low bitterness, nothing to cover that up.

Bright copper. Nice head. Has a good balance. Mellow biscuity malts, light hops. I would think of this more as an amber ale than a pale ale, as it allows for the sense of balance to be understood and appreciated.

Cloudy golden colour. The aroma is piney, a bit dank, a bit citrusy. Full bodied, chewy malts, mild residual sweetness; very strong hopping, resins first, and joined by strong hop bitterness too; NE look, WC heart; rough but good.

Cloudy golden colour, short of being murky and dull, small head. Nice aroma, focus on citrus peel. Good body, moderately sweet, with a light caramel flavour, not too distracting, with citrusy and resiny hopping, lightly piney; sweetish in the final.
Pleasant.
