Deep amber with slight haze, medium head. Full caramel and toasty malt, just enough bitterness for balance, nice richness and moderate complexity. Solid work.

It's a bit opaque, no head. It's also pale. The aroma has some passionfruit, a bit of melon. Soft body, with a light tartness, and lots of passionfruit. Not great, but balanced.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Fleshy stonefruit, mild passionfruit underlay, okay.

473mL can. Pours murky dully yellow with a white head. Passionfruit, grass, and boiled parsnips on the nose. Flavour has tons of passionfruit, very juicy, grassy, lots more of that boiled parsnip character. Light, fizzy finish. I can't really get past that vegetal thing that's going on.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazed copper pink with no head. Some tart plum, feint salt. Okay. Uninteresting.

473mL can, pours a clear dark copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of salt, tart plums, and some herbal pickled notes. Flavour is full of earthy Lipton iced tea-like notes, salt, some tart plum, and a hint of lacto. Tea-like, salty, lacto-y finish. Not very good.

Clear, pale purple, like a less fluorescent version of the North Korean grape soda. It's tart, light plum, definitely some sourness and salt. So despite looking weird, it is actually a decent brew.

On tap at Darby's, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out gentle rustic saison yeast, toasted grains, and a hint of strawberry. Flavour is light and rustic, with lots of rustic saison yeast and a hint of spiciness. Not really any strawberry character. Competently made, surprisingly.

500 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of powdery dark chocolate, sugared coffee, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of espresso, mocha, licorice and soft roasted malts. Nice and clean. Good Stout.
