On tap at Stillwell. Pours murky dull gold with a white head. Tons of pine, resins, and sticky malt on the nose. Flavour has lots of sterile pine and bitter resins, coming across like chemical cleaner a bit; malts are in the background. I don't love the hop expression, but it is clean.

Hazy orange pour, with a medium white head. Grassy, subtle orange and citrus zest. Biscuity cereals, pleasant and light. Low to medium bitterness, soft citrus, soft cereals, wet grass. Not awful, not great.

Bottle from the brewery. Deer red, bordering on brown pour, with a large off white head. Aroma is malt forward, grains, and cereals abound. Caramel, light toffee, toasted malts. Hops are light, and a little dull, hints of pine, and grass. Mouth feel, and carb are standard. Finish is medium bitter, loads of malts, slightly fruity. Basic, leaning more towards a brown ale.

473mL can. Pours very murky, almost opaque, deep blonde with foamy white head. Aroma has berries, grapefruit, stonefruit. Flavour has a very similar profile, but muffled by bitter chalk. The nose is promising, but the palate fails to follow through.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick, soapy curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, orange, mango and piney hops. Sweet flavour of grainy caramel malt, orange, grapefruit pith and piney hops in a dry, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A nice old school Westie.
