On tap at Chainline, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a small tan head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, toasted nuts and toasted malt. Flavour is rather weak, with lots of earthy notes, some chalk and toasted malt. Earthy and dusty. Not a fan.

On tap at Chainline, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out resinous and piney hops, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with dry piney hops, some resinous notes and dry biscuity malt. Light cereal malt sweetness. Solid stuff.

Draft pour at Winter Beer Fest, and then again, pint draft at Chainline. Solid imperial here. Pours a copper reddish color with a thin fizz head. Mixed aroma of piney hops and a sweet caramel malt. Cool flavor with a fruity hop constant. Doesn’t bite hard for an imperial. Cool, juicy, and delicious.

Draft 12 oz pour at Chainline. Copper red pour with a patchy head. Pure coffee aroma, overpowering, all other character, though I’m not complaining. Its very nice. Flavor is much more of the same. The coffee had a massive impact on this red. Very pleasant roasted coffee flavor all throughout though. Cool finish. Very tasty.
