473ml can. Pours a clear copper with a medium, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted bready malt, caramel and nuts. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, raisin, plum, fig and chestnut in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Malt forward, tasty and easy to drink.

473ml can. (6.6% ABV) [As: Annex Ale Project Mackinaw Peaches!] Pours a murky orange-yellow with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of grainy pale malt, peach, apricot, yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of crackery pale malt, underripe peach, apricot, nectarine, lemon, yeast and floral hops in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light to medium body with a smooth, almost creamy texture and average carbonation. Very fruity and tasty. Well done.

473ml can. A collaboration with The Establishment Brewing Company. Pours a hazy gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Spicy aroma of Belgian yeast, clove, lemon, bready malt, floral hops and faint banana. Sweet, spicy flavour of Belgian yeast, clove, lemon, white grape, peach, guava, white pepper, pale malt and floral hops in a crisp, dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Hoppy, earthy and spicy. Pretty solid.

473ml can. Pours an almost opaque, murky pale gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, peach, mango, earthy yeast and piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, grapefruit, orange, lemon peel, pineapple, mango. peach, guava, melon, grass, pine resin and earthy yeast in a dry, bitter hoppy finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy texture and average carbonation. Juicy, very enjoyable.

On tap at Annex Ale Project, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is full of funky brett, rustic saison yeast and a little tart citrus. Funky and complex. This is really great.

Flavour reveals lots of piney hops, some citrus rind, earthy notes, some chalk, and biscuity malt. A little chalky and chewy, but the hop profile is pretty good. Solid.

Sweet flavour of pale malt, orange peel, black tea and floral in a dry, tart lemon finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Thirst quenching, easy to drink and interesting. Fun stuff.
