473ml can. Pours a hazy gold amber with a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves thick curtains of lace. Mild aroma of bready pale malt, spicy yeast, clove, lemon and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of bready pale malt, pear, lemon, clove, spicy yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. An interesting hybrid.

Dark brown colour. Some toasty, raisiny, figgy noes. There's a touch of burnt sugar in there, and some alcohol. I'm not finding that this comes together.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is buggy and yogurty, with tart dark berries, lacto and funky notes. Flavour is boozy and unusual, with tart dark berries, hot perfumey notes, and wild yeast. Berry-heavy, with tons of alcohol on the finish. Decent but not hitting the exact right notes for me. Good.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, plenty of brett, and harsh earthiness. Flavour is full of somewhat harsh brett, oak, and rustic saison yeast. Pleasant yeast character but a little harsh and lacking integration. Decent but could be improved.

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, mango, faint chili pepper and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, mango, orange, chili pepper and floral hops in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light to medium body with a watery to oily texture and soft carbonation. Well balanced and crushable, but needs more heat and not nearly sour enough. Slightly disappointed.

473ml can. Pours a clear light brown with red hue and a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces. Sweet, spicy aroma of caramel malt, cinnamon, nutmeg, roasted sweet potato, earth and light vanilla. Sweet, spicy flavour of caramel malt, nutmeg, cinnamon, earth, roasted sweet potato and light coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Flavourful, similar to a pumpkin beer.
