Sweet flavour of bready caramel malt, grapefruit, pine resin and grassy hops in a dry, bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty solid.

Sweet flavour of chocolate malt, oats and coffee in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Delicious and enjoyable.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a clear dark red with a small beige head. Aroma has a nice tart red fruit character, gentle wild yeast, and a touch of balsamic. Flavour is dry, woody and complex, with plenty of dry tart red fruits, big woody notes, gentle wild yeast, and just a touch of balsamic. Really well put together. Excellent.

Bottle pour at Barrel Fest 2025, pours a hazy peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma has a nice, rustic saison yeast expression, plenty of brett, and a touch of wood. Flavour is bright, with a nice bretty funk, rustic saison yeast fragrance, and a touch of acidity. Finishes dry and bretty. Quite nice.
