Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly clear with minimum white foam. Aroma is slightly Brett. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is very limited in sweetness, with some saltiness and sourness. Finish is average in length.

Draft at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent gold, with a moderate head of white foam, very fine, persistent and sticky. Aroma is very malty and alcoholic, some herbaceous too. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation and quite an alcoholic feeling left in your mouth. Taste is pretty much sweet from beginning to the end. Finish is long and alcoholic, almost unpleasant.

On tap @Bir&Fud (Rome). Dorata, leggermente torbida, schiuma bianca leggera e non molto persistente. Al naso sentori fruttati, di agrumi e pesca, lievito, leggero vino bianco. In bocca è fruttata con acidità media-moderata, un po' anonima. Corpo leggero, carbonazione medio-leggera. Delicata.

Tap @Hop&Pork in Rome. Muddy amberish pour, medium-low ivory foam. Nose: evident aroma of dyacetil, some fruity feel. Mouth: better than the aroma, yeasty sweet mouthfeel, fruity.

On tap at Bir&Fud in Rome. Honey-like golden clear pour, frothy cap. Nose: honey, sweet maltiness, pinch of almonds. Mouth is sweet honey again, clean (a bit too much), not much rustic but nice enough imo.

Sentori di orzo e luppolo vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Anche qui le bollicine sono di grandezza media. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. L'amaro è contenuto. Il gusto è piacevole. Sulla lingua si depositano impressioni di miele, pane, cereali, luppolo e agrumi.

Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal luppolo e dal fruttato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo e mandarino.
