A very good lookin beer from a bottle. Nice fairly thin choco moose head. Smell is dull hops. Big and strong with initial old wet burnt campfire wood stout effects tinged by heavy hops. Wew, pretty strong but it tries to grow on yah. Yes, wew, wants to be a stout but the stout is not imperial enough to overtake the mouth coating rude ipa BS. Wew that finish really is an ipa chin kicker.

Drop Off Service, NYC tap ($7): Pours reddish amber with a white head. Aroma is a lot of maple syrup. Taste is maple syrup too. However, this is not as cloying as some Canadian maple beers. Not bad body, but fairly meh. Good if you like maple.

650ml bottle, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose brings out rich mocha, chocolate, some roasted malt, and vanilla. Flavour brings out coffee, chocolate, oak and vanilla. Very full-bodied and quite complex, with the coffee and chocolate well-balanced. Not too sweet by any means, but not dry either. Excellent stuff.

On tap at the Stag’s Head, Manhattan NY on 2nd July 2013. Half-hazy amber with off-white ring-and-film top. Cheesy yeasts and tangy hops in aroma give way to exquisite grass and grapefruit in-mouth. Delicate bitterness in the finish becomes rich and intense. Soft light mouthfeel and medium body. Awesome!

Strong yeasty barley nose with an unripe berry accent. Bubbly clear amber, thin head. Yeasty tart pomegranate flavor. Doughy wheat finish, not too harsh. Exactly what it purports to be. Solid, refreshing.

Draft at Beer Run. Pours a hazy straw color with a thin beige head. Average head retention. Aroma of intense floral notes, banana, spice, citrus. The taste is pale wheat, spice, floral notes, herbal hops, bubblegum. Medium bodied, average carbonation, lingering spice. Solid, but strongly Belgian and seemed more like a wit than a White IPA.

Bottle @ Chipoetl, NYC. Pours slightly hazy orange amber with small white head. Clrar aroma of hops with touches of malt and grass. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced grainy notes and a mildly acetic finish. OK but you just can’t resist the impression that you are drinking sth healthy...
