[ As Val De Rance La Bolee Celte Cidre Bouche Doux ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, vanilla, sweet red apples. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, apple, vanilla, sweet apples, red apples, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140830]

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear pale yellowish with small, bubbly white head. Clear aroma of fermented apples and pears and some vnous touches. Sweetish onset of pears, quickly giving way to sourish notes of apples, complemented by dusty notes. Sourish aftertaste with subtle, sweetish hints. Good.

Sweetish-tart apples in the nose. The cider starts sweetish, easy to drink. Not too tart, nice but low tannins, fruity. A bit like tart apple juice with a few tannins. The aftertaste is fruity-sweetish, a bit tart-adstrigent, nice-round. A good doux 2% cider.
