Can. Clear gold. Tall fine head. Citrusy nose, some herbal notes, clean malt. Honey malts, slightly sweet, wheat biscuits, lemon, mandarin orange. Rather dull finish. Ok, but as usual, their ales are not up to the standard of their lagers.

Can from Family Mart. Clear gold. Tall, fine head. Big, fruity hop nose. Citrus, tropical, herbal, flowery. Quite impressive, with honey malt in the background. More aromatic than previous versions. Flavor is clean malts, herbal, citrusy hops, and a rather pronounced bitterness. Not super sweet, though maybe a tad too much? The bitterness balances. A bit metallic, though, and though enjoyable, there is something strange about the overall flavor balance. Not bad though.

Can. Clear gold, low head. Slightly grassy, citrus, herbal hop nose. Rich bready malt. Again, nice malt flavor, rich, biscuity, touch of honey. Hops are pretty non-descript. Herbal, bit of citrus. Pretty decent lager overall, but the hops are supposed to be the star and Shinshu Wase are just a bit too boring.

Lichte body. Degelijk.

Can from John's. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A light sweet grainy nose. Sweet, apple juice like core, highly carbonated. Smooth. It's not terrible. Not great.

Can, bb 10/23. Clear reddish amber with an off white head. Aroma of toast, grass, some red berries. 6+ So it tastes - although it's drier than guessed, which works well - until a decent whack of spices at the moderately bitter end. A solid drop.
