473 ml can. Pours a dull amber with moderate head. Aromas of doughy malts, pine resin, lupulin powder and some muted citrus. Flavors of bready malts, fruit gummies, spruce and pine. The fruity sweetness is really interesting besides the resiny bitterness.

5oz pour at The Magnet. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Aroma has mint, caramel, and citrus. Flavour has a bunch of butterscotch, plus some pine that together somehow give it a candy cane-like flavour. Not sure what's going on here, but at least there's not a lot of chalk.

Poured from the tap @ Magnet. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Crisp, tropical hops, quite nice.

Medium gold with a slight haze. Deep herbal note - rosemary and sage - a bit of lemon, clean bready malt. Moderate bitterness… that’s one thing this beer could improve upon. Solid effort.

Opaque, medium head. Pale yellow. Bright clementine, pineapple, papaya hop notes are appetizing. On the palate the hop remains bright, though there is quite a bit of hop burn. Malts are thick, oaty. Designed to showcase the hop, the malts are a bit distracting but the hop is pretty good.

On tap at Four Winds, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and sugary, with a floral hop character and some sugary bubblegum — odd. Flavour is much the same, with potent floral and citrusy hops, bubblegum, and caramel. Definitely has a nice hop punch, but that bubblegum and sugary malt character is too overpowering. I don't get any spruce or salt. t's alright.

Pale and opaque. Thick head. Fumes singe my nose hairs like this was superflux. Harsh hop burn on the palate, too. Not much bitterness. Malts are a bit weak and muddled. The sense of balance here is simply not appealing to the human palate. Coast Mountain rarely botches the fundamentals but this is a miss for me.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 07/08/2024). Cloudy blonde with small white head. Lightly dank, mild tropical hops, a touch too much chalk and a feint hint of hop burn on the finish.

16oz shared with Alex in Golden Ears on Alouette campground. Appearance: murky pale golden with a white head. Aroma: dank, citrusy, juicy. Taste: along the same lines, juicy, some hope burn, a bit dusty. Overall: good one.
