473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has roasted coffee, toasted white bread, a bit of green pepper. Flavour has white sugar, lightly toasted bread, residual roasted coffee. Nose is better than the palate; palate was too sweet without much to balance it out.

Second Sour Pineapple-Coconut beer of the night (the other being from (LTM). Lightly hazy, golden colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly, leaving no lacing. Big coconut aromas over the milder pineapple notes. The sourness comes out in the taste, not puckering but watered down, still lingering the whole time. The pineapples are touch stronger, but the coconut take a break in the back. Kind of a nice, refreshing Piña Colada-like beer for summer.

Can: Poured a slightly hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones notes and some residual sugar notes and a light bitter finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Well made NEIPA but could have benefits from a smoother mouthfeel.

Oh wow! Was not expecting this, but feels like a fresh, herbal summer lager. Lightly unfiltered, very light bright-yellow colour with a big white, frothy head, good retention and some spots of soapy lacing. Fresh herbal nose with some yeast coming out eventually, over mild straw malt. Hints of apples do come blend things, same for the flavours. Fresh, herbal, crisp mouthfeel, summer-like. Was expecting a bland, light lager like most, but the hops used in here come and make me happy. And this is an older can on top of this :P

Second of three Citra-hopped IPAs from Chelsea & Co. tonight. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with an off-white frothy head, good retention and lots of sticky foamy lacing. Aromas of peach and some other tropical fruits, but on the milder side. Fruity flavours, with nothing so much to be offensive. Juicy mouthfeel, with some light dryness in the finish. This might be the easier, drinkable juicy IPA of this series, with nothing too strong coming out but lots of fruitiness.

Second of three Citra-hopped IPAs from Chelsea & Co. tonight. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with an off-white frothy head, good retention and lots of sticky foamy lacing. Tropical fruits in the aromas with some oranges. The fruitiness continues in the taste with some stone fruits, and a touch of watermelon. Big particles falling to the bottom of the glass. Some dryness in the finish. A nice tropical fruit, juicy IPA that has a touch less grassiness than the Citra-Mosaic version.

First of three Citra-hopped IPAs from Chelsea & Co. tonight - this being their first one in the series. Pours a hazy golden-orange colour with an off-white frothy head, good retention and lots of sticky foamy lacing. Oranges, mangoes for aromas with some leafy, green grassiness. The tropical fruit notes, oranges continue in the taste with the blending, grassy hops. Hints of yeast follows. Some decent dryness in the finish, but all-around juicy. Resinous hints, but not much piney for Mosaic. A good, juicy IPA with a touch of grassiness.
