Draught: Poured a blonde color ale with some white hue and a white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of lightly sweet wheat malt with some coriander notes and some light orange peel notes. Taste is also a mix of sweet wheat malt notes with some orange peel and coriander notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Well made witbier with good drinkability.

The can started popping up with time and continuous fermentation (not in fridge). Hazy light amber colour with an off-white huge cap (yes, fermentation again) and thick creamy-foam patch lacing. Fresh raspberry aromas that are not too strong, well-blended with the beer base and hints of cherries. The taste is even lighter with the fruit, and almost feels like a light fruit beer. A nice fruity, lighter-feel witbier-style.

Lightly hazy, bright golden-yellow with an eruption, which I got in time. This means, a huge white head, very long lasting and some thick foamy lacing. Belgian yeast, golden malt aromas with hints of sourness (lemon, citrus), fresh herbal notes. The mouthfeel is nicely dry, building as it goes, with the flavours a light Belgian ale. Quite a nice herbaceous blond Belgian Ale.

Very slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a frothy white-yellowish head, good retention and leaving some thick foamy patches. Herbal grassy aromas from the hops with notes of citrus and pineapples. Hints of apples do come out with time. The taste is quite bitter with grassiness, and the dryness that builds. Fruity, citrusy background. Yes, quite a bitter IPA, great for the West Coast Style.

Clean golden-amber colour with a big warm off-white head, very good stay and leaving foamy-creamy lacing. West Coast IPA aromas with the grassiness from the hops. Perfume, piney and some alcoholic nose. Smooth, silky mouthfeel with a building dryness in the finish. Warming alcohol lingers. Getting a little hazy near the end. Orange peel, mild pines notes and deep grassiness flavours. A real decent dry, warming, boozy West Coast IPA.

Aged 2 years in whiskey barrels - Brassin 257, date 20/02/19 with 11.5% ABV. Aromas of plums, dates, caramel, nuts and other dark fruit hints. Taste of butterscotch, wood, whiskey notes, nuttiness and dark fruits. Brown hazy colour with amber-copper highlights. The head is small, bubbly, leaving quick enough with a little ring around the brew. I get some apple touch from time to time. This beer is rich enough, but some decent hops do cut the oversweet finish. The mouthfeel show alcohol warming and blending with the fair bitterness. Fairly good, but lacking a little balance.
