Rated 5 years ago from the bottle. Pours a hazy amber with golden highlights. The head is quite nice, light-beige, creamy, long lasting and giving lots of lacing. Nice grassy hop aromas with a grainy caramel base, hay and citrus notes. The taste has citrus zest but the mouthfeel is not really dry. Wet really, making the heavier body kind of refreshing. Orange notes with the grapefruit peel. Quite a nice second bottled brew from Gainsbourg.

Slightly hazed, lightly darker brown colour with copper-amber highlights. The head is beige, frothy, bubbly, even creamy somewhat and leaving some creamy-foamy lacing. Big caramel, butterscotch nose with some dark fruits over a roasted malt base. The mouthfeel is silky, mildly oily with a nice building dryness in the finish. This cuts some of the sweetness usually felt in this style, and what the aromas give out to be. Coconut notes in the burnt barley hints. Some decent fruitiness, but not overly rich. Just soothing on this cold winter night.

A very slight hazed amber colour with a caramel hue. The head is frothy, light-beige, with decent retention and leaving some foamy spots. Caramel malt base nose with some dark fruit hints. some nuttiness and mild grassy hops. The taste has some light fruity maltiness with some stronger hops in the finish that creates dryness. Roasted malt burntess lingers with the grassiness of the hops. Not bad.

A slight hazed, golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good retention and leaving some thick creamy-foamy lacing. Cereal grain nose with some light spiciness, from herbal hop notes and some sweet malt base. The same continues into the taste. Crisp mouthfeel, refreshing Kölsch with a touch of Saaz hop spiciness.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and foamy lacing. Herbal and pineapple aromas from the hops. Oh boy, quite sour in the mouth - which I did not expect. Infected? Hard to say, as maybe hints of it in the nose, but not as bad as I have had from others. Decent fruitiness, but not the finish I was hoping in a NEIPA. Sad.

Slightly hazy, light golden colour with beautiful tiny-bubble carbonation flowing nicely. The head is frothy, somewhat creamy, white, long lasting with some dirty lacing, foamy patches all-around. Getting hazier as it pours, and loads of smaller particles are floating. Such a beauty, before even the first sip. Citrus aromas with mild sourness and grape notes from the Kveik yeastiness. The taste is citrusy with a mild dryness building away. That sourness is found in the background again, but not annoying. This is quite a nice DIPA that is going down very well right now.

Un nez apparenté aux vins blancs fruités. Notes d'agrumes, de fruits à noyau et de Sauvignon. Absence d'épices. Liquide jaune doré, voilé, avec des bulles abondantes réparties un peu partout. Mousse blanche, crémeuse et abondante, laissant un magnifique dentelle sur le verre. Légèrement acidulée en entrée de bouche, elle présente des saveurs délicates d'agrumes représentées par l'orange, de bananes et d'ananas. Des notes de vin blanc à saveur de Sauvignon sont également présentes. L'amertume est très douce à savoir presqu'inexistante. La base maltée présente de légères notes de miel. L'équilibre penche surtout vers les fruits et le vin blanc. Amertume et épices absentes. Le corps est assez mince la carbonatation plutôt élevée et la chaleur d'alcool très peu ressentie. 500ml bottle that pours a lightly hazed, bright golden-yellow colour with a big creamy white head, great retention, leaving some creamy clouded lacing. After rating their 3 Some du Mardi last week, got some sourness in the taste. This one, I get from the get-go in the nose. Pineapple aromas are blended with this. Thankfully, I do not get so sour in the taste. Hoppy, but not too the max with 7 different ones that seem to be well-blended. I also getting some tropical notes in the nose with light alcohol. Gets hazier as it pours. Not bad, but not one I would have again, as the sour thing turns me off.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy-creamy warm head, very good retention and creamy lacing streaks. At first smell, got some sweet, fruity aromas with hints of vanilla. Then, the grassy hops do come out. Unfortunately, in the taste, I am getting some sourness at first - which is not my thing in this style. The pineapple hit I get from these hops do help out not getting the full infection feel (hope it is not that). The rest has nice fruitiness with some mild citrus zest coming out in the finish with enough dryness.
