Bomber, these are pretty fresh, the beer just came out. Poured into a mini Schlenkerla willibecker glass. Dimmed pale color, just a little bit of floaties at the very end of the bottle. A little bit of a head that has lasting power. Flavor isnβt crisp or sharp but clean with a little bit of noble hop flavor. A solid malt backbone of unsweet white bread. A little unaggressive hop bitterness sticks around in the aftertaste. Aroma has a little off character, very mild milky touch. Otherwise, decent stuff but I wont be going back for $5.50 bombers, maybe $8 sixers.

Draft pour to a tulip at the brewery. Cool to see these guys starting to branch out further from a typical style lineup. I was here the week they opened, and itβs been fun watching them and their beer evolve. Pours a reddish brown color with a fizz away head. Dark fruit aroma. Flavor is bold, almost bitter fruit with a red wine like body, and dry finish. Acidity definitely there. Almost has a feel to it like this is being served to cold. Maybe. I donβt know. I liked it

Draft pour to a snifter at the brewery. Bright cloudy orange pour with an oily fizz head. Yeast forward aroma. Orange juicy flavor, with Belgian yeast and a grainy background that lingers. Their streak of not making a bad beer continues. Solid.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. I absolutely love pepper beers. I always mention ahead of time in my pepper beer ratings, just in case.somebody actually reads one of my ratings as a true attempt to get an idea of what a beer is all about. Likely. Not. Pours black with a thin fizz head. Soft pepper heat and dark fruit aroma. Flavor is pepper dominant, which I personally enjoy most of the time, but it takes away a little bit from the full body stout that is the regular. Pepper character here is very nice though. The heat is just right. Makes for a good sipping imperial. Tough to beat the "regular" imperial stout but this is still solid.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours black with a cola fizz head. Mild fruit, and chocolate hinted aroma. A little more dark fruit coming through here than the typical imperial stout. Which is nice, I like it when we go outside the usual stuff. Soft malt, not too sweet. Overall an enjoyable stout. I really think these gus have something good going here. Awesome.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Rating from my notes. The difference between the regular and the barrel version is enormous. Completely different beer. Pours a cloudy, golden color with a thin oily head. Slightly sour grainy aroma. Huge floral flavor, overpowering the grain, and a little oakey on the finish. Barrel aged pilsners are definitely a new thing to me. Very tasty. UPDATE. Couple more tries. Such a fun, unique brew here. Gets better every time. This batch seemed to have a much more dense impression left from the wine barrel. Dry white grape finish. Fantastic beer.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a bright golden color with a swirling fizz head. Well balanced aroma. Hop centered flavor, heavy bitter finish, as expected. Decently balanced double. Pretty good.

Nitro draft pint pour at the brewery. Turns out Nitro Porter isnβt just a clever name for a regular old porter. Swirling dark brown and black pour with a typical nitro thick cream head. Near absent, malty aroma. Thick cream body with a very light roasted flavor. Most of the flavor comes through late into the palate. Lingering roasted malt flavor. Comes off to me as a low abv nitro stout. Surprised to see it at over 6% Overall a fun beer.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a thin oil fizz head. Huge stick lace. Very mellow, smooth hop forward flavor. Overall a pretty standard pale for me. Nothing but a good beer here. Enjoyed this.
