355ml can. (5.5% ABV) Pours a clear red-brown with a small, creamy, long lasting, beige head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, nuts, caramel, bread and dark chocolate. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, nuts, caramel and dark chocolate with a dry, mildly bitter finish. Light to medium body with a creamy, smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Tasty. These guys are off to a good start.

Draft - Nice light grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. Spicy nice grains and a nice bit of bitterness. Solid.

355ml can shared with blackhaddock in his man cave. Many thanks to Duffman for this. Pours golden amber, large off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citric, grapefruit. Taste is lovely crisp, bitter grapefruit with a resinous tinge. Solid APA.

355ml can, shared with minutemat on 5th Aug 2016. Nice beer, nice story on the can about it’s name. Clear golden pour, white head. Hoppy, fruity nose with a slight citrus leaning. The taste had a good malty base with the fruity hops just about balancing out any sweetness. A decent APA in my eyes.

Medium dark hazy golden color. Overall has ginger, cracked wheat and black pepper but feels a step off an authentic saison very much like many New world takes on the style. At first I didn’t groove too much but I liked the high carbonation and flavours are pronounced which the longer I drank the more I appreciated. Well made but just not what I expect

Golden amber color. Marmalade, apricots and some bread you nots. Fairly hoppy nose but underlying sweet maltiness that leads to heavy, slightly sweet mouth with good bitterness. A bit unbalanced and too estry. Enjoyable but not special.

Sweet flavour of grapefruit, grass, biscuit and light pine with a dry, bitter, hop resin finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Nicely done.
