473mL can. Pours clear gold with a white head. Grapefruit rinds and a bit of pine on the nose. Flavour has lots pine, some grapefruit peels, and a caramel malt base. Bitter hops on the finish. A bit seltzery. It's okay, but not the cleanest hop expression.

On tap at session Muskoka. Hazy yellow pour, big frothy white head. Aroma is smoky, but it’s quite subtle, but it’s there. Light spice from the rye, and the wheat is upfront and what this beer is all about. The wheat is subtle, but obviously what this beer is about. The smoke lingers but does not overpower, and the spiciness from the rye cuts the what can be big and overbearing wheat flavour. Well balanced, and complex, but not intimidating for a rookie. This brewery has impressed me.
