At Gigantic we only do two things: make the best damn IPA in Portland, Oregon and produce seasonal, exciting, flavorful beers, most of which will be brewed only once. Our goal is simultaneously to create new interpretations of classic styles and to ignore those same style guidelines completely and brew whatever our creative natures produce.

500 ml bottle from Tavour. Labeled as Most Most Premium 2023 Rum Barrel Aged with Coconut. Opaque jet black pour. No head. Aroma of rum, oak and roasted malt. First sip brings notes of sweet roasted malt, coconut, dark chocolate, rum, treacle and vanilla bean. Smooth mouthfeel. Some tanginess on backend. Tasty.

Can. Pours a bright orange hue with a small white head. A light sweet citrus nose. Rich apricot, lemons, mild citrus. Sweet. This is quite nice.

Clear yellow colour with big fluffy head. It's very malty. Lots of pale lager malt notes. Subtle citrus hops.

My first Gigantic rating in over a year. 16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright yellow gold color. Frothy white head. Spotty lacing. Grainy, metallic aroma. Flavor mirrors aroma. Big grainy notes with a metallic tinge. Crisp, malty and spicy, herbal hops. Excellent balance and drinkability. Well done.
