This IPA poured a cloudy, light orange colour with a creamy white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, cooked veggies, pineapple and a little hay. First swig was nice and juicy with flavours of pineapple, biscuit and honey. Finish is med bitter with juicy flavours lingering.

This lager poured a golden yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, vanilla, must and Earl Grey. First swig was really nice with flavours of vanilla, malt, tea and floral hops. Finish is malty with vanilla and Earl Grey flavours lingering.

This IPA poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy off white head. Medium lacing. Scents include must, basement aromas and light manure. Sounds bad but it’s not. First swig was quite hoppy and dry. Flavours of hops, light apple and a bit of biscuit. Finish was quite bitter with that old back-of-the-throat grab.

This black lager poured just that, jet black with a brown, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, coffee and more coffee. Other scents include Marmite, toasted biscuit and hints of cherries. First swig was delicous and slightly sweet. Not as strong coffee flavoured as expected. Flavours of coffee, caramel and ark toast. Finish is slightly bitter with roasted coffee flavours lingering.

Jet black with a decent light brown head. Piney and light roast. Roast and bitterness with a long pine note.

This session lager poured a hazy, amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include very light ripe fruit, light corn and sweet malt. First swig was crisp and really refreshing. Flavours of nice hops, a little wood, light fruit and I guess Rosewater. Since there is a flavour I can’t put my finger on. Finish is a little bitter with nice malt flavour lingering.

This bock poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit and caramel. First swig was a little sweet with flavours of caramel and a little hop. Finish is malty and quite good with a minimal hop flavours lingering.
