This lager poured a beautiful amber colour with a big, creamy, off white head. Lacing is minimal. Scents include toast, earth and cereal with a little nuttiness? First swig was nice and smooth with delicious toasted malt flavour and a little dough most prominent. Finish is lightly hoppy with a very light bitterness and toasty flavours lingering.

1 Pint at a restaurant in Niagara On The Falls. Pitch black in the glass, small head. Choco and dark malt on the nose. Taste starts with a lot of choco and roasted malt. Hints of vanilla. Smooth. Increasing choco in the second part. Decent hop in the background but present. Really nice.
