This stout poured a deep black colour with a serious lack of a nice creamy head. To the nose there are scents of caramel, coffee, smoke and maybe a little soy sauce? First sip was slightly thin but flavor wise is pretty good. Flavours of roasted malt and a little coffee, lightly sweet with very low carbonation. Finish is burnt with a long drawn out flavor of burnt.

This bitter poured a deep cloudy amber colour with a short lived, tan coloured head. Scents include ripe fruit, caramel, a little rye and the tiniest bit of smoke. First sip was quite mild with a almost watery mouthfeel, almost no carbonation and flavours of malt, lightly bitter and a light soapy finish. Palate is mid/light bitter with weak malt flavours

Decent for style. Nice malt profile. Some light bitterness at the end with a little more hops than usual. Pours reddish orange with ok head and lacing. Average carbonation. Has light note of sweetness with bitterness. Tap at Barhop.

Really nice wheat. Everything comes together well here. Not sure if it’s a weizen bock but it nearly tastes that good. Some coriander and clove. Probably the best beer I’ve had from them so far. Pours grapefruit orange with great head and lacing. Tangy and sweet malt finish that is reminiscent of Aventinus. On tap at C’est What Craft Beer Festival.

This lager poured a deep black colour with a short living, tan colour head. To the nose there are scents of molassass, burnt malts, earth and a little chocolate and coffee. First sip was roasty and delicious with flavours of roasty malts, coffee and very light hint of cocoa. Finish is burnt and flavourful.

Draught at C’est What, Toronto, as Dark Lager
Black color; small head. Light aroma of roasted malts. Dry and lean mouthfeel; nice moderate roastiness; correct bitterness.
Balanced, good.

Pours black with decent head. Smells a little coffeeish. Palate is very light, typical of style. There’s some coffee in the head, a little bitterness in the front of the taste but almost no aftertaste. Very typical of style. On tap at volos.
