Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple, pear, tartness and funk. Taste is light sweet and light to medium sour with a long apple, pear, tart and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple, funk, light tart and green apples. Taste is light sweet and light sour with a long dry, funky, apple and light tart finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

750ml bottle. Sparkling hazy pale yellow gold colour with a short-lived white foam head. Aroma of apple, funk, hay, oil, hint of sulphur. Taste is tangy apple, apple skin, tart, with some fruity citric, woody & barnyard notes, and drying tannins. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity sour tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Tap @CBC16. Clear, pale yellow. No head. Mild green apple aroma. Watery apple flavour, a little bitter kick towards the finish but otherwise bland and boring.
