473ml can. Clear golden pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is all spruce, and pine, with some subtle citrus oils. Malts are in the background, but add some much needed, and appreciated balance. Reminds me of an old school west coast IPA. not bad, not great, but decent.

Copper pour, small off white head. Light resinous hops, light caramel malts. Tastes oxidized, it's old.....musty, but I can see how fresh it would be decent.

Can. Hazy yellow, medium white head. Light tropical fruit, and light cereals. Mouth feel is thin, carb is nice. Medium bitterness, super dry, light citrus zest in the finish, and it just falls flat on its face. Jumped on the band wagon, and immediately fell off.

Bottle. Hazy yellow pour with a large white head. Nice cereals, peppery, bright citrus notes. Refreshing, crisp, flavour falls off..... Citrus fades quickly, cereals remain, grassy, low bitterness. Decent saison, not great, not awful. Bought at IGA in Temiskaming, QC.

Can. Slightly hazy orange pour, with a medium off white head.
Citrusy hops, with a bit of earthy resins and a little bit musty. Mouth feel and carb are good and bright. Finish is lightly bitter, malts are nice, slightly bready, soft citrus oil, and resins. Not bad, not great, run if he mill ipa.

Bottle. Black pour, large beige head. Roasty, soft coffee, light cocoa. Easy drinking extremely light, a fantastic session stout. Refreshing, roasty, reminds me of cold coffee.

Quite a grainy aroma, good cereals, and malts. Lihht floral hops, with some nice tropical fruit, especially pineapple. Light bitterness, and light sweetness, with a medium bitter finish. Quite nice, and refreshing, my favorite at this brewery.
