4-pack of 473ml cans. Pours a very slightly hazed golden colour with medium-sized bubble carbonation. The white head is a little on the warm side, pretty big, kind of creamy, bubbly with long retention and some good thick foamy lace. Very well-hopped with a nice balanced of the mild grassiness, spiciness, citrusy notes and Belgian-style yeast. The hops (which are Mosaic, Cascade and El Dorado) are again nicely blended and smooth in the taste. Refreshing mouthfeel with a decent slight dry finish. Hints of grass and citrus lingers lightly. This is quite a good easy-drinking summer hoppier Saison.

Part of their Brewer's Pick 12-bottles pack. Pours a little hazy, golden-orange colour with a big frothy light beige-yellow head, good stay and thick creamy lacing. Beautiful freshly squeezed citrus notes of grapefruit. Hints of caramel show up later. The taste is milder, but still with the grapefruit notes. A decent dry mouthfeel. Quite a pleasant easy-drinking American Pale Ale.

Pours a hazed golden-orange colour with a huge head, very long lasting with full fluffy-foam lacing. Beautiful aromas of herbal grasses with coriander notes that blend the grass and mild sourness. The taste shows some of the same notes, but a little more on the grassy side of things. Still, pretty bitter for a low alcohol beer. Love the blend of 5 hops they did here. A very nice Session IPA.

625ml bottle that pours an almost black colour with light ruby highlights. The head is mocha-coloured, frothy, decent lasting with thick foamy lace. Cocoa nose at first, but the roasted malts are what stays. Hints of dark fruits. The taste is mostly roasted malts, kind of watered-down, but nonetheless... present. A nice dry enough mouthfeel. Quite a nice light dry stout... well-done!

Hazy golden-orange colour with a light beige head, good stay and creamy lacing. Fresh herbal aromas of hops (Cascade, Amarillo and Citra) with the citrus and hints of caramel malts. The taste is fruity with all the hops over the malts. Some nice bitterness in the finish, but well-blended with the yeast. Orange notes and herbal again. Not a bad Imperial IPA.

~500ml draft at Le Richmond in Montreal, Quebec. The pour is clear golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is grain malt, floral, grass and a hint of vegetal. The taste is the grain, vegetal and grass of the nose plus a bright, artificial honey flavor. The palate is light to medium bodied, rough active carbonation and the sweet lingering finish.
