A hazy amber ale with a thick light moka head. A pleasant sweetish bubble gum aroma, curacao, very Belgian. In mout, a smooth Belgian ale with nice orange pulp notes, curacao, light grainy notes, oily mouthfeel, medium bodied. On tap at St-Bock, Dec. 26 2009.

A hazy dark amber beer with a thick light brown reddish head. A pleasant grainy and grassy malt aroma. In mouth, a nice cool and refreshing sweet malt with rye bread, abit of cloves and esters, very smooth. On tap at Mondial 2009.

A nice red amber beer with a thick frothy light moka head. A nice grassy and grainy nutty aroma. AIn mouth, a rather nice and lightly oily nutty malt, roasted nuts and vienna like. Medium bodied. On tap at Mondial 2009.

A clear deep brownish ale with a thin off white head. A light smoked malt and chocolate aroma. In mouth, a good chocolate malt with good smoked malts, peaty bacon. Very nice. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 30 2008.

A hazy dark brown ale with cherry hues and thin off white head. A light woody aroma, with solvent notes. In mouth, a rather nutty saison with light coriander and curacao. Made with local maple syrup and honey, which gives the woody character. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 30 2008.
