(bottle, 33cl, as Küstenpils, 4.8% abv) Hazy, pale golden coloured hue with loads of floaties and a big and slightly yellow foamy head. Mildly grainy pale malty aroma with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy notes. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Dry-ish pale malt character with grainy accents, as well as present herbal hoppy notes, leading into a dry and moderately bitter finish, accompanied by a delicately sweet malty touch. 330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow golden colour with huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally sourish wheaty aroma, hints of sour milk, egg, vegetable, a for years uncleaned fridge might transmit similar flavours. Taste is minimally tart wheaty, what should be banana and lemon is more like egg and celery. I am at my wit’s (i.e. latin’s, read english’s) end: Für’n Arsch.
