On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, yellow-orange beer with a creamy, lasting two-finger head, looking really beautyful. Banana, bubble gum, some wheat and lemon and lots of cloves in the aroma. Quite herbal flavor, but of course there’s also banana, bubble gum and some lemon. Wheat too. Medium body, decent carbonation. A quite decent wheat beer, with a pleasant hoppy bitterness finishing it all. 110819

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy, copper colored beer with a good carbonation keeping the finger-thick off-white head stable. Really buttery on the nose, with caramel, fruityness and some citrusy notes. The flavor doesn’t have the same level of butterscotch, in fact it’s bearly detectable. Caramel, fruityness and a pleasant hoppy bitterness too. Smooth on the palate, full-bodied. The finish has some caramel, but the hops dominate. After a while the butterscotch aroma seems to disappear, making me lift that score by one point. Overall, a quite decent beer once it has some time in the glass, or if you’re having a serious cold. 110819

On tap at the brewpub. A sparkling, more or less clear, golden beer with a firm, dense, white head of moderate size. Grassy, spiced aroma with a good dash of pale maltyness. Slightly fruity too. Quite bitter on the palate, dry and smooth, with grass, fruits, pine cones and some hay. Lasting bitter finish. Served a bit warm, but still refreshing and quite tasteful. 110819

Bottle, 1 liter. A hazy, golden-orange beer with a dense, off-white head. Piney, buttery nose with some chalky notes. Citrus peel too. The flavor is much the same, too buttery and a bit chalky. Quite citrusy and piney, with a decent bitterness. Medium body, dry. A quite quenching one, but not very tasteful. 110820
