Clear golden beer with a big off white head. Aroma of wet grainy malt, cereals, some herbs. Taste of strong pale malt, honey, straw, mild belgian yeast.

75cl bottle shared with Eric @ Sandy Balls Holiday Village, New Forest. Pours a generally clear yellow, large white head. Sweet nose, not especially tripel-esque, soft yeast, not really much oak coming through. Flavour profile, also, doesn't really deliver a huge oak influence, perhaps a lightly discernible sweet artificial oak presence but very mild against the triple backdrop. No barrels mentioned on the label. My gut feeling is the use of oak essence, or oak chips. Somewhat disappointing in any case.

# 3881; 10/2023. Spicy, malty, floral aroma. Clear gold body; persistent white head. Extremely carbonated, floral, spicy, pear, dry. Good belgian golden ale. In the shop, stored on the shelf, then in a dark place outside of the fridge for one year. BB 28.10.2023. 0,75 l, bottle, supermarket, Grande Synthe, Flanders, France.

Light hazy blond colour, white foam. Yeasty, a bit fruity, notes of peach, some coriander. Light sweet, some bitterness.

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca grana medio/fine persistente, color giallo oro pallido limpido, al naso marmellata di pesche vino bianco note floreali ananas, in bocca uva bianca frutta candita spezie note erbacee, corpo leggero, carbonazione forte, l’alcool si sente ma non disturba, dolce con amaro accentuato, secca asciutta e ben speziata nel finale. Una Tirpel onesta fatta bene. Molto buona c. 1001 birre 27.05.23

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo pallido velato, al naso lieviti belgi spezie note di legno frutta candita lieve ananas, in bocca marmellata di pesche pera molto speziata e con un finale legnoso, corpo medio/leggero, leggera astringenza, carbonazione forte, l’acool si sente ma non disturba, amaro moderato, pulita secca asciutta nel finale. Buona ben fatta ma il legno su una birra così delicata è un po' troppo invadente. c. 1001 birre 25.03.23
