Super deep hazy, brown, golden and peach coloured body, almost fully opaque, with a bright apricot glow and a very thin, single centimetre tall just off-white head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of soured, tart and very funky ginger and bretty, lactobilly fruit elements with the apricots, peaches, apples and especially limes in the mix along with some allspice, canella and graham cracker elements, but the scent is quite pungent, in a very good way with more varying aromas coming from this than most in the style and in general. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Super rich malty and wheat bite shows some body at first with a lot of residual sugars coming mainly from the fruits with some apricots, peaches, apples and pears adding to the mix, but the most robust element here is easily the spices that have ginger (of course), in powdered form noticeable along with a good dose of allspice and canella and finishing with the lactose and creamy, deep, full-bodied profile. Aftertaste shows the fruits, the tart and funky yeast elements, but the spice and sweetness combine to make this a very nice beer and quite unique in terms of a holiday-ish beer that is flavourful, pungent yet easy-drinking. Overall, a very nice beer, complete with everything that you'd expect from the [rather complicated] label of the beer, showing ginger, apricots, canella, vanilla and of course bunches of lactose. This one was nice and well-recommended, if you can find this still, or if they produce more of this for the holidays this year or in subsequent years. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from The Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 05-June-2020 for US$5,03 sampled at my house here in Washington on 21-November-2020, while this was canned on all the way back on 23-April-2019.

Very savory; trying to place the dominant flavor, which lands somewhere between sour cream, chives, and ranch dressing. Odd, to say the least. Backed up by grapefruit, gooseberry, and peach, with a mild mandarin sweetness finished off by minerals and pith. Mild hop burn as the pint disappears. Weird.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2! 10/3/20. Clear gold, large fizzy white head, fair retention. Aroma of leafy hops, lemon. Taste is honey, lemon, doughy malt. Medium bodied. Could be crisper. Nice.

Very crisp and clear golden and light peach coloured body with a very fast-dying off-white head, perhaps about two centimetres at first that fades to just about nothing, only a few seconds later. Aroma of very tart and soured fruits with some spiced pears, light apples, lemons, berries and apricots, all on top of a lot of lactose, malts and a ton of lactobilly funk from the yeasts. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence with some strong malt and wheat notes at first, but the soured, yeast-driven and super funky fruit notes come out with peaches and cream, bananas, guava, papaya, melons and a heavy hit of pure citrus tartness, all on top of a lot of lactose, fructose and rich malts - very strong throughout, and incredibly funky throughout, especially at the end. Aftertaste shows the fruits coupled with the very large malts and body, but the lactobilly notes and pure lactose sweetness is by far the strongest with almost all the flavours and finish dedicated around the profile. Overall, a very nice, incredibly funky and fruit-centric beer that has more lactose and tart/funky lactobilly yeast notes than even I expected, but they work out fairly well, especially if you go into this one expecting those flavours. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Manassas, Virginia on 28-April-2020 for US$4,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 05-September-2020.

16oz can. Poured a hazy yellow-orange with an off-white head. Aroma was really nice tropical fruits, citrus, with some floral notes. Flavor was nice grapefruit, citrus. Light florals. Got some funky yeast thing going on here, or maybe just a doughy malt backing. Either way, this was really nice stuff.
